Senior Recruitment Coordinator This role will be responsible for temporary staff recruitment working to a fast pace, supervising a vibrant and energetic team of 5. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment, including advertising and sourcing of new candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding. Senior Recruitment Coordinator Essentials Experience of recruitment at some level and seeking to develop a career in internal recruitment Experience of supervising/line managing a team Confident and tenacious problem solver Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and spoken with a great telephone manner Enthusiastic team player, with the drive to complete tasks to a high standard Experience and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment Location Based West of Oxford, with free onsite parking. The role is 100% office-based during peak seasons but some hybrid-working will be available in off-peak season. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm in off-peak season and 8am - 6pm in peak season. Some adhoc weekend work may also be required during peak season.
