Senior Recruitment Consultant seeking a Branch Manager role - Oldbury West Midlands Region
Our client, a well-established Recruitment Agency since the 1980s, has more than 75 locations around the UK and is experiencing rapid growth, delivering consistent year-on-year growth. We are working with our client to source a skilled 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work towards their first Billing Branch Manager role to secure Industrial, Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, temp, and perm A-Z Business to build upon our client's already successful flagship branch.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development in the recruitment industry (temps or perms) and will want to step into their first management role leading a very successful branch.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals, and managing and leading a team of Recruitment Consultants.
Please note, to be successful in this role, you will need to be a proven billing 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work towards their first management role.
Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
* Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Liaise with the Area Manager, Branches, and your team to create contract-winning proposals and products for prospective clients.
* Negotiate contract terms with clients.
* Become a subject matter expert on their business services, processes, and operations, remaining up-to-date on industry news.
* Manage and lead your team by example.
* Have the hunger and ambition to chase and win new accounts/business while motivating and leading your team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Demonstrated achievement in recruitment sales with a high street recruitment agency (temps or perms).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Advanced understanding of either the industrial, manufacturing, blue-collar, commercial, logistics, construction, or your specialist sector where you have had success within the recruitment market.
* Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients.
