Job Description:
You will be required to manage a team based in Wakefield across 2 static sites within the healthcare sector. This is a site-based role where you will be expected to work as part of a team to deliver projects on time to a high-quality standard. The work will consist of the following:
1. Liaising with site/ facility managers across both projects
2. Meeting with clients & contractors on a regular basis to manage the programme of works
3. Project reports
4. Health and safety
5. Quality control
6. Managing project budgets
7. Building management / maintenance
8. Mechanical & electrical upgrades
9. Refurbishment and fit outs
10. 8-10m per year budget for project value
11. Site inspections
12. Issuing permits
13. Project P&L Management
Qualifications required for Junior Project Manager:
* SMSTS
* First Aid
Experience of the following:
* Working within the healthcare sector is a bonus but not essential
* FM background
* Mechanical and electrical
