We are seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead the 5-year growth strategy for our iconic Weetabix Original brand. The successful candidate will develop, communicate, and implement an effective Marketing strategy and brand plan for Weetabix Original within the Weetabix brand portfolio, delivering the complete P&L objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Planning, monitoring and execution of all brand activity necessary to deliver the brand plan through first-class project management.
2. Ensure the enthusiastic acceptance of the brand plan within the business and with key external stakeholders.
3. Control, monitor and direct the work of the assigned agencies and propose practical proposals to the Head of Marketing.
4. Ensure rigorous insight is collected, processed and utilised within the brand planning process.
5. Monitor and analyse ongoing internal and external brand performance and make recommendations to course-correct as necessary.
6. Constantly challenge the business to develop new and innovative ways of delivering the brand objectives.
7. Deliver world-class launch programs for NPD: Accountable for the range’s innovation strategy, working closely with the Innovation and Insights Teams.
8. Accountable for the launch (post-business approval) and first-class in-market execution.
