Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
* Individualized Support: Provide personalized assistance to students through one-on-one and small-group support.
* IEP Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address students specific needs.
* Inclusive Classroom: Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels supported.
* Skill Development: Help students develop essential social, emotional, and academic skills .
* Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and provide valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
* Behavior Support: Aid in classroom management and apply positive behavior strategies to create a calm learning environment.

What We re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential.
