Job Advert Role Description
Glebe House is searching for a enthusiastic person to undertake a 20 hours Activities Coordinator post.
Activities consist of a mixture of onsite and offsite activities, ranging from arts and crafts to going to shows.
This part time Activities Coordinator you will be working alongside our current part time Activates Coordinator to deliver stimulating activities to our service users to enhance their lives and improve their mental health.
As an activities coordinator you will:
Arrange activities.
Complete daily support notes.
Manager your activities budget.
Host meetings with the service users.
The requirements for the Activities Coordinator :
Must be able to drive.
Have good communications skills
Be enthusiastic with a positive drive.
Have good problem solving skills
Be able to use IT equipment.
