Are you a Business Development & Technical Manager from a waste services background looking for the next exciting step in your career with a market-leading company?
This well-established, continually growing company is an industry leader in their field, offering a varied range of industrial services across the UK to their loyal client base.
Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to add a motivated and experienced Technical & Business Development Manager to their successful and passionate team.
The Role:
1. New business development across the Southwest
2. Maintain existing relationships with clients & identify & develop new business
3. Design and deliver technical solutions for customers, including the creation/writing of proposals and task-specific risk assessments relating to high-pressure water jetting, vacuumation, confined space entry, and rescue operations
4. Deliver the whole sales cycle from start to finish, including assessing clients' requirements, attaining accurate costing, producing quotes/bids, negotiating price and terms & conditions, closing the sale, and writing technical proposals
5. Oversee works to ensure operations are carried out safely and efficiently to the complete satisfaction of the customer
The Person:
1. Previous Business Development & Technical Management experience within the waste services/hazardous chemical industries
2. Motivated, target-driven & passionate about providing great service to a loyal customer base
3. Looking for an autonomous role and able to communicate effectively and confidently by phone or in person with customers and suppliers at all levels
