Based in London, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape media strategy, planning, and execution across the International Family of Apps. What You’ll Do:
1. Develop measurable media plans grounded in objectives and audience insights, driving innovation and business results.
2. Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence audience and media approaches, guiding tactical planning and execution.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert, integrating industry innovations and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
4. Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including marketing, decision science, insights, and creative teams, to create fully integrated campaigns.
5. Partner with external media agencies and the Global Media team to ensure cohesive media planning and execution worldwide.
6. Manage multiple media workstreams and deliverables to ensure flawless campaign execution, coordinating closely with internal and external teams.
7. Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, authoring insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
Who You Are:
1. 8+ years of experience in media planning, with a background in either an agency or client organisation.
2. Experience in multiple international markets (EMEA and/or LATAM).
3. A proven track record of building strong relationships and navigating cross-functional teams while presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
4. Expertise in measurement, analytics, and audience insights, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
5. Experience managing the development of full-funnel media strategies.
6. Strong knowledge of trends impacting media, measurement, and analytics.
7. Proficiency in planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns in data-driven environments.
8. A talent for identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation and audience segmentation through data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience managing a media agency.
2. Proven ability to collaborate directly with creative teams to align creative ideas with media strategies.
3. Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
4. A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, with the ability to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
