You’ll be reporting to the Projects Team Manager/Director, taking ownership of a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that everything from small-scale maintenance jobs to larger projects runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Daily Coordination: Liaise effectively with Clients, site contacts and engineers via phone and email to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Planning: Managing ‘work in progress’ (WIP) reports and working closely with the Project Manager & Project Director as required to ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions. Supportive Role: Assigning work to operatives, managing diaries to ensure maximum productivity and Chasing contactors for paperwork/supplies/updates as required. Why Join? What We’re Looking For: Excellent Communication Skills: You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are essential.
