A global leader in the development of professional audio technology and are looking for a talented and passionate DSP/FPGA Engineer to join their team in Epsom, Surrey (South of London). In this role, you will design audio systems and drive the intercommunication between cutting-edge firmware / electronic products.
Within this role you will be involved in enhancing new audio processing features across their ecosystem of products, including mixing consoles, racks, DMIs, and audio processors. This will involve FPGA, digital signal processing and embedded systems development, working closely with electronics circuits.
Key skills and experience for the Junior DSP / FPGA Engineer job:
* A relevant degree in Electronics Engineering, Firmware, Digital Signal Processing, or similar.
* A strong understanding of DSP and FPGA technology.
* Experience in programming FPGA’s using VHDL.
* A genuine interest in audio or music related technology.
* If you have experience in embedded software programming this would be beneficial.
