This position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding diverse business requirements, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include processing new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve high client retention rates.
