An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director at a well-established veterinary clinic and hospital in Swindon. This role is perfect for a dedicated veterinary professional ready to lead a dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of care for both clients and their pets.
As the Primary Care Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of vets, working closely with the Head Nurse to foster a collaborative environment between the veterinary and nursing teams. This collaboration ensures the delivery of a smooth and efficient service to clients and their pets.
Reporting to the Hospital Director, your responsibilities will include managing the team, overseeing the ICU department, coordinating the rota, handling marketing efforts, and managing the P&L for the Primary Care side of the business. You'll also be part of the regular rota, with dedicated admin time to keep things running smoothly.
