We’re currently supporting a provider who is seeking an experienced Home Manager (Pin not required) to support their Home. The Home is currently ‘Requires Improvement’ but holds high occupancy and only small amounts of agency.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
1. Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
2. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
3. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
4. Improving quality and compliance.
5. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
6. Building and maintaining high occupancy.
7. Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
1. Management experience in Care Homes is essential.
2. Turnaround experience is preferred.
3. Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents.
4. Ambitious and motivated individual.
5. Strong leadership.
6. Good track record with CQC.
7. Computer literacy.
