The Role
As ‘Guest Services Supervisor’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering our mission!
You’ll be delivering attentive customer-focused service, understand brand standards, and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You will acquire a thorough understanding of the operational departments of the hotel, Food & Beverage, which includes Restaurant, Bar, Meetings & Events in order to assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel.
Supporting the Guest Service Manager or F&B Manager and working flexibly across the departments to ensure a great service experience for all our guests.

Pay: £12.24 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
