An exciting opportunity in our expanding production and product development team for a Product & Production Coordinator. This role is primarily for a dedicated individual who shows a genuine interest in the fashion industry and a good knowledge of product development.
This role is based at our head office in Tottenham Court Road, Central London and will report to Head of Product Development & Production.

Primary Objectives:
Assist product development across all aspects, collaborating with QASIMI departments (Design, Tech, and Commercial), and maintaining positive relations with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Responsibilities:
· Assist on the product creation process from initial concept through to production to ensure on time development and delivery.
· Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required
· Upload and maintain data entry in Zedonk – raw materials and products.
· Follow up on raw material selections, lab dips request and orders with suppliers.
· Manage internal/external raw material stock levels for fabrics/ trims and keep up to date fabrics/ trims library.
· Tracking and reporting on budget for product development, prototypes, and samples
· Supporting product development and design teams by providing necessary information like spec sheets, colour cards, and sample archives.
· Organising samples before fittings and reviews and participating in the proto fits/ pre-production fits, ensure all Bill of Materials are updated accordingly to style amendments.
· Work closely with the garment technician to ensure updated information are communicated to the factories and protos are sent back in due time.
· Organising, filing, and archiving samples and swatches
· Liaise closely with the QASIMI European office based in Amsterdam to organise seasonal Raw Materials shipments to EU factories and to the studio for in house/UK sampling/production.
· Organising shipments in/out of the studio and with manufacturers and suppliers
Competencies & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree Graduate in a fashion design related course
· Previous experience in product, production, sourcing is a plus.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel
· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
· Proficient in retail math
· Zedonk and PLM knowledge
· Understanding and knowledge of luxury garment and fabric construction
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Multiple languages beneficial
