Research Associate – University of Glasgow
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Associate to join the School of Health & Wellbeing.
Based in the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit, University of Glasgow, you will make a leading contribution to several exciting and important national projects focused on Gender Based Violence, sexual wellbeing and sexual and reproductive health.
The postholder will lead on analysis and write up of quantitative data (including from the 4th National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles and school-based trial data) and you will support the design and set up of a Scottish national survey of sexual wellbeing, working with the Relationships and Health Programme Lead, Professor Kirstin Mitchell.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging programme of work as opportunities allow.
This post is full time and is funded until 30th November 2026.
