About the Roles We are seeking dedicated Administrators to join our operations teams. As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth communication between clients, clinicians, and external organisations. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; managing client inquiries, handling documentation, and ensuring our processes run efficiently. These roles require exceptional organisational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with care, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse groups. Good telephone manor. Strong time management, able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience working to KPI targets and deadlines.
