We are looking to recruit a Cricket Operations (Women) & Facilities Assistant. You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Women’s cricket teams, ensuring the seamless execution of player logistics, matchday preparations, and training needs, whilst also providing comprehensive support to players and their families. You’ll also provide some key facilities support to the wider operations team and organisation. Amongst other essential criteria, you'll have good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with all stakeholders. You’ll also have good general administrative and organisational skills, with an understanding of operations, logistics and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. To thrive in this role, you’ll be approachable, collaborative and diplomatic, with the ability and desire to build positive working relationships. You are organised, punctual and trustworthy – always prioritising confidentiality. You can work well on your own initiative and to deadlines, appreciating urgency of tasks. You show a desire and thirst to learn by being reflective and self-aware. Importantly, you are a team player with a can-do attitude, willing to go beyond own role and support wider business when needed. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
