Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading Investment Platform on the growth of their HR team in London. This role is a stand-alone HR Business Partner role, responsible for building and shaping a working environment which thrives both professionally and personally.
The role supports their management team meeting strategic objectives, surrounded by a very agile and talented team delivering on people initiatives.
In this role you will serve as a leader, counsel, and confidante to the Directors and act as a trusted adviser to the Management Team on all aspects of human resources.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, talent and performance management, learning, employee engagement, culture & wellbeing.
* Contribute to the development of the organisation's people strategy and lead the processes and structures that support achievement of this.
* Develop effective employment policies and processes that comply with the most current legislation, regulations, accepted professional standards, and that support the organisation's aims - ensure they are fully embedded, understood and followed.
* Lead the annual review process and support the CEO and Management Team in preparation for this.
* Provide expert guidance on a variety of people matters using your ER experience to navigate the business and employee through to a positive conclusion.
* Support managers to effectively deal with all people related issues.
* Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, and role model the organisation's values and ways of working.
* Drive for continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working at a senior level in a small Financial Services environment (stand-alone is beneficial).
* Expert knowledge of UK employment law proven experience of applying updated legislation to a variety of HR situations.
* Minimum of 7+ years post qualification experience.
* Experienced in coaching at directors and management level.
* Hold a relevant professional qualification (CIPD, ILM).
