As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, showing compassion and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will work with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and support Care Assistants in their development.
* Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives
* Provide the highest quality of personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Engage in leisure and social activities
* Be kind and supportive to residents, their families, and colleagues
What skills do I need?
* Teamwork is essential
* Experience in care is required, NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Good communication skills and a flexible approach
* A genuine liking for older people and ensuring respect and dignity
