Job Description To develop the overarching IS strategy for the PMO and manage (but not exclusively) the planning, development, and implementation of a range of information management and reporting systems and IS interfaces within Translink¿s Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to meet identified business needs required to support planning and delivery of Translink¿s capital investment programmes and manage business change. To manage projects from inception to completion in accordance with best practice within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality to support the achievement of Translink¿s strategic and operational objectives. This will involve taking a lead role in implementing the required business transformation of working practices, processes and culture required to deliver project objectives. Essential Criteria ¿ Minimum HND, or equivalent, in an Information Management, Information Systems, or other technology engineering/science/business relevant discipline.¿ Minimum of 2 years¿ experience in successfully planning and implementing control processes in an ICT or PMO environment.¿ Possess a minimum of 2 years¿ experience in successfully managing complex ICT projects**.**¿ Experience of working with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.¿ Experience in building reports within Excel MS Office, MS Project and Power BI Reports from a variety of information sources. Desirable Criteria ¿ IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.¿ APM /PRINCE 2 Project Management Qualification.¿ Minimum of 3 years¿ experience in successfully planning, management and control processes within an ICT environment.¿ Experience in managing ICT systems or delivery of projects within a PMO ¿ enterprise environment.¿ Experience of End User training for ICT systems.
