About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences that enhance SaaS tools (ideally in the security space). In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to not only create new designs but also reimagine and improve existing features. You’ll be responsible for generating innovative solutions with the team and translating those ideas into high-quality wireframes and prototypes. Your designs will play a crucial role in improving the usability, functionality, and effectiveness of our security solutions. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Collaborate with the Engineering team to design user interfaces and experiences for our security tools
2. Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
3. Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
4. Align with our Lead Designer to ensure our product and online identity tell a shared story
5. Ensure that all designs are user-centric and enhance the overall user experience
6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
7. Maintain and update design documentation and style guides
8. Work with Product Management to conduct research and support in product roadmap strategy
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Skills We Need for This Role
1. Previous experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS
2. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
3. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and high-quality wireframes/prototypes (B2B experience)
4. Ability to conduct user research and testing effectively
5. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with the Engineering team, clients and other stakeholders
6. Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
7. Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies is a plus
