Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus £5,000 OTE Bonus (Ofsted/Occupancy)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Registered Manager, you will:
* Develop Comprehensive Care Plans: Tailor plans to address each young person's care, education, and emotional needs.
* Build a Strong Team: Recruit, induct, and retain a dedicated team to provide consistent care.
* Foster Consultation: Implement systems for young people to give feedback on their care.
* Assign Key Workers: Ensure every young person has a dedicated Key Worker for their personal care plan.
* Maintain High Standards: Uphold care standards in line with National Minimum Standards and regulatory requirements.
* Handle Complaints: Address complaints or safeguarding concerns efficiently.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to support young people's welfare.
* Promote Safety: Create a secure environment for the children in your care.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the past 5 years.
* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to start within 6 months).
* Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and team leadership skills.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with The Quality Standards, SCCIF, and childcare legislation.
* Driving License: Full UK driving license required.
