We are partnered with a growing financial services organisation based near Girton in Cambridge who are seeking a Client Relationship Manager. This role will involve leading Chartered Financial Planners dealing with high-net-worth clients, providing financial planning across areas such as Pensions, Investments, Protection, and non-mainstream investments.
In this new role, you will be responsible for ensuring the back-office system (CURO) is always up to date, including client reviews and New Business reports. The appointed candidate will attend networking and professional connection events to support business development opportunities and maintain all performance standards required by the firm. The successful candidate will swiftly recognize the team ethic and be flexible in providing support to other disciplines within the firm while taking on and being responsible for project work.
On a day-to-day basis, you will collect and collate information and data about clients in accordance with the principles of ‘know your client’ and the firm’s policies, ensuring that all compliance documentation is present and correct. You will collaborate with Chartered Financial Planners to develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies to meet client needs and objectives, undertaking comparative research and completing calculations such as income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, Pension Annual Allowance, Carry Forward, Chargeable Gains, and Cashflow modelling.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in financial services.
* CII Level 4 or equivalent.
* Experience of working in a busy and dynamic office environment.
* Experience of managing a busy and varied workload.
* Experience in working to deadlines with changing priorities.
* Ability and willingness to maintain a professional standard.
* Willingness to achieve and maintain a level of competence as required by the business.
* Adhere to compliance requirements and procedures as guided by Risk Management and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
