We are looking for a Contract Management Administrator to join the friendly team at our Wakefield office on a .
This is a hybrid role (after training) with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
A car is recommended for getting to the office and we have free parking on site.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain customer contracts and information on our in-house customer database.
* Verifying contract amendments and requests to ensure database is accurate and up to date.
* Maintaining customer accounts on the SAP system, ensuring accuracy of information and GDPR compliance.
* Review and check contractual data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
* Liaise with internal departments to obtain further information for incomplete documents.
* Ensure that the document management system is accurate and up to date
* Handling customer / internal contractual queries efficiently.
* Maintain special customer pricing by contract, ensuring pricing is accurate and up to date.
* Explain contract terms and conditions to customers and interested parties.
* Calculate early settlement quotes and process cancellation requests accurately
* Liaise with finance companies to process cancellations and arrange collection.
* Review and authorise settlement invoices ensuring transactions are accurate.
* Work with account managers to obtain approval to proceed with customer termination requests.
* Understand and obtain reason for termination to enable appropriate management reporting
Requirements
Previous experience in an office-based administration role
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Data input/data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ideally including Excel
Able and willing to learn new systems
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
Proactive with ability to take initiative and ownership of problems to find solutions
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
