Office Administrator Job Type: Full-time Location: Croydon Salary: £24K-£26K We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a great team and client of ours in the Croydon area. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, from setting up new projects on internal systems to supporting various departments including HR, Marketing, and Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to meet deadlines. Day-to-day of the role: Set up new projects on all internal systems and update project bookings on the resource management software. Assist in the preparation and creation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining databases and spreadsheets. Create and issue purchase orders and ensure the PO register is kept up to date. Arrange meetings and organise company events such as team meetings and Christmas meals. Provide general support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Order stationery for offices and provide other ad-hoc administration duties as required. Support with CAD requests from the engineering team, record and forward the relevant documentation. Assist the HSQE lead with administrative tasks to support the maintenance of the quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and 14001). Maintain the supplier database, issue supplier questionnaires, and ensure all supplier insurances and other documents are up to date. Support in creating and updating project case studies and CVs. Assist the management team with project bids, including the completion of PQQs and third-party supplier questionnaires. Support the HR manager in arranging employee appraisals and coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with resource management software.
