You will work closely with experienced Insolvency Practitioners, gaining invaluable exposure to the entire insolvency process. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive, close-knit team, where your ideas and contributions are valued.
Job Purpose
Reporting direct to the Insolvency Practitioners, you will be responsible for the management of a varied case-load of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Duties will include and not be limited to supporting Insolvency Practitioners in respect of:
Pre-appointment
1. Preparing initial documents following internal procedures, including case set-up
2. Identifying and obtaining information from directors/company officers, preparing pre-appointment bribery, ethical and money laundering check-lists for office holder
3. Effective analysis of information obtained
4. Ensuring statutory compliance including reporting and advertising requirements
