The Role:
You will be part of our collaborative Middle Leadership Team that makes success inevitable for all our students. This role is pivotal in continuing to raise standards of academic achievement and enabling students' personal and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Head of Faculty in delivering and monitoring faculty wide excellence in teaching and learning, and progress.
2. Delivery of the curriculum.
3. Development in and contribution towards choices of specifications and changes to programmes of study.
4. Development, monitoring and reviewing of Schemes of Learning.
5. Monitoring the quality of assessment and feedback.
6. Preparation of relevant section of the FIP.
7. Supporting the Head of Faculty in identifying students with below than expected progress and formulate strategies for them to catch up.
8. Conducting student voice meetings to help inform future curriculum changes.
9. Providing regular updates to the school newsletter.
