Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on age) + Benefits

Hours: 35-40 hours per week (7/8 hours shifts, operates 24/7 - Must be fully flexible)

Our client provides emergency control services in various scenarios, so your communication skills will be key to ensuring smooth interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering a customer-friendly service with a focus on excellent communication and active listening
2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and making detailed reports
3. Using third-party CRM systems to log customer requests and information
4. Ensuring adherence to PCI compliance guidelines and company protocols
5. Managing a variety of tasks and prioritising effectively to meet customer needs
6. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and engineers
Person Specification:
