THE ROLE:
My client needs an internal sales person to coordinate sales and account management activities using your exceptional communication and organisation skills to manage the sales process to a successful conclusion and ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
In this role within a small team you will:
Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries requests for information by email and other channels.
- Administer the sales order process from quote / proposal to delivery and invoicing.
- Manage key accounts to ensure continued business and optimise revenue.
- Liaise with external sales colleagues for a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with colleagues in all departments to ensure customers are kept informed at all stages and get the information required.
- Obtain customer feedback for use in improving products, services and customer experience.
- Maintain up to date product, pricing and delivery information.
- Effectively manage the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Develop your product and customer knowledge so you can work with more complex customer requirements.
THE CANDIDATE:
