* Ensure compliance with Department of Health, H&S and other guidelines/legislation
* Advise, monitor, and assess clinical practice of the OH team

* Work with divisional directors/managers to implement company objectives
* Recognise the development needs of junior, or less experienced staff, take appropriate action and maintain and monitor any training plans
* Explore and develop further OH business opportunities

I am working with a business to source an Occupational Health Advisor with Electronics experience to work at their site in Gloucestershire. The role involves 60% case management and 40% wellbeing. This is a newly created role so you will be tasked with setting up a brand-new wellbeing programme for the business. You will therefore need to be a dynamic worker with the capacity to manage both aspects of the role. Our client is interested in applications from experienced OHA's, with an OH qualification, and with a wide experience in all aspects of OHA practice, in particular sickness absence and wellbeing. You must have a UK driving licence and your own car. It would be beneficial to be on Part 3 of the register but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified OHA, to take on a new challenge, and join a large and well-respected business in the West Midlands.

* Post registration experience in a variety of settings

* NMC Registration Essential (Nursing & Midwifery Council)
* Be a Registered General Nurse
* Be on part 3 of the NMC register
* Full UK Driving License
The successful Occupational Health Advisor would be required to maintain excellent client relationships; for this reason, successful candidates must be able to organise, prioritise and co-ordinate their workload. Confidence and first-rate communication skills are essential.
