About The Role
BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A RECEPTION/HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR!
In this rare opportunity to join our Hotel Crew in our 4-star, 20-bedroom boutique hotel, you will be working across the reception and housekeeping departments in a dual role.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception Shifts: Being a great host, supporting the Management Team, managing reservation systems, handling bespoke reservations requests, and coordinating the check in/out process.
2. Housekeeping Shifts: Leading the cleaning team, maintaining room check standards, managing the upkeep of communal areas, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience.
About You
You’ll have excellent customer service skills, cleanliness standards, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in hotel operations is required, and we are happy to provide additional training for the right candidates.
Can offer 32-40 hours - please state desired hours in your application.
