Nursing Home Manager - LiverpoolSalary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, reputable nursing home based in Liverpool. Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
* Oversee all aspects of care delivery, ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the home operates to the highest standards.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents.
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Promote a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Valid NMC Pin and registered nurse qualification.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
