DUTIES AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate closely with our Finance and Accounts Officer to ensure accurate bookkeeping and invoicing
* Manage monthly invoicing and direct debits
* Maintain accurate processing of supplier invoices
* Support the Lettings Lead with admin tasks and the smooth processing of receivables
* Keep schedules up to date and accurate
* Assist with maintaining the database and filing client folders correctly
* Provide reception lunch cover, manage meeting room bookings, and greet clients visiting the office
