Sales Administrator
Location: Elland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: £25k - £26k depending on experience
We are hiring a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling internal sales inquiries and processing orders
2. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
3. Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient project coordination
4. Providing outstanding customer service and support
5. Understanding of products and promoting
6. Use of CRM, ERP, and Sage Accounting systems (experience desirable)
7. Occasional travel to the UK and Europe.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in a Sales Administration role or similar
2. Background in the construction industry (desirable)
3. Strong customer service skills - personable and professional
4. Motivated, keen to learn, and a team player
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Experience with CRM systems, ERP, and Sage Accounting is desirable
