Inance Assistant - Harrogate

We are seeking a Finance Assistant based in Harrogate to be an integral part of our Group Finance team, primarily focusing on treasury tasks. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily cash reporting, monitoring, and forecasting, ensuring balances are optimized across accounts.
* Consolidate and prepare weekly cashflow forecasts by gathering and reviewing submissions from different areas of the business.
* Oversee the daily preparation and monitoring of payments, including the approval of payments as needed.
* Administer company credit cards, liaising with employees, banks, and external systems like Concur.
* Handle bank system administration, such as updating access rights, limit changes, and running essential reports.
* Input data into the lease system, following established protocols and procedures.
* Support the insurance team, sourcing and providing critical information when required.
* Undertake ad hoc duties at management's request, ensuring seamless business operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in treasury or cash management roles.
* Prior experience in a finance or accounts team with a strong understanding of financial processes.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret numerical and financial data.
* The ability to prioritise tasks effectively while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and forecasting.
* Excellent communication skills, with a professional approach to working with all levels of stakeholders.
