Job Description:
Opportunity to join one of the leading practices in Liverpool and work as part of a Legal 500 firm that has forged a stellar reputation dealing with HNW & high profile clients. This role will be to take on a senior position as a Partner within their highly successful Family Law team. This role offers:
1. Immediate Partnership
2. Full Autonomy
3. True Flexibility
4. Management Based Role
You will be joining a new office with a small team but with the scope to increase headcount and add to the existing client base. This position will be based in their Liverpool city centre office, with a very flexible & generous hybrid working policy.
Ideally, you will be a Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and will either be at Partner level already or a Senior Associate. You will need to be experienced in dealing with private family law matters as this practice specializes in private family law and HNW individuals.
This position will primarily focus on business management and helping the department grow, while also working with your existing colleagues & client base to improve processes. The business is experiencing a highly successful period with all departments busier than ever, leading to a consistent increase in turnover & profit, making this an opportune time to join and be part of the growth.
There will be less emphasis placed on fee earning, but there is a good mix of work including private children work, civil partnerships, cohabitation agreements, divorce & ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements, and much more. Your client base will be varied, dealing with local clients as well as more affluent clients on a regional scale.
While the work is of high quality, there is a modern feel to this practice, and you will have the luxury of secretarial support, a supportive management board to guide you whenever necessary, and a fantastic work/life balance. A following is not essential due to the volumes of work and recent success.
The firm is very focused on work/life balance and can offer a generous hybrid working split, though there will be a need to travel between offices to liaise with the Directors and discuss plans for progressing & growing the team.
An attractive benefits package will be offered, including a pension, bonus scheme, and healthcare, plus the chance to oversee an established team within a well-known and respected firm. Salary will be based on experience level but will likely be in the range of £75,000 - £100,000.
