We’re working with a long-established manufacturer of bespoke engineering solutions, known for their high-quality products and excellent customer service. They’re now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of four and drive continued commercial growth.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused Sales Manager to take on a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing the sales team, managing key accounts, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. A key part of the role is driving performance and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
You’ll also be involved in strategic planning, lead generation, and representing the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
The Candidate
Proven experience in a sales leadership role (ideally within manufacturing or technical sectors)
Strong team management and coaching skills
Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
Able to manage pricing, lead times, and customer expectations
Experience preparing quotes, managing accounts, and driving new business
The Package
Offering up to £50,000 plus bonus
