Job Opportunity: Resourcing Coordinator
Premier Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client based in Ashford, Kent. We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Resourcing Coordinator for a full-time, permanent role within a well-established care company. This position offers an interesting and varied scope with opportunities for progression.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Proactively search for CVs using available search licenses.
2. Maintain a strong pipeline of staff.
3. Utilize previous recruitment experience to attract suitable candidates.
4. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including sourcing and advertising methods, to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
5. Ensure advertised roles support company growth and the safe delivery of care.
6. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery.
7. Assess candidate suitability for roles.
8. Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
