Job Overview: Seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to handle the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement. Ideal candidates will have a proven recruitment track record, excellent communication skills, and strong relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and market research while delivering tailored recruitment solutions and sales presentations.
2. Client Management: Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, act as the primary contact for inquiries, and negotiate terms and contracts.
3. Candidate Sourcing and Management: Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, and referrals, and provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities and company culture.
4. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, assisting in job offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
5. Market Research and Insights: Stay current with industry trends and market changes, providing clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
6. Performance Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and financial metrics. Prepare performance reports for management, highlighting achievements against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role in the recruitment industry.
* Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
