This is a great opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to broaden their expertise in an in-house setting. There is less emphasis on business development due to having an established client base, allowing you to focus on providing excellent estate planning services to high-value clients. The role would be hybrid with 3 days a week based out of the Manchester, Stoke, Altrincham, or Chester office. As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be: Managing complex estate administrations, attorney, and trust files Confidently drafting a mix of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, and Trust documents, tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and business owners Collaborating with an integrated multidisciplinary team, and different departments and offices within the group to enhance client satisfaction The Private Client Solicitor will have: The ability to draft a range of technical and high-net-worth estate planning documents A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, or equivalent qualifications An interest in working with very high-net-worth clients, in particular business clients The confidence to collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team Experience with electronic filing systems Excellent client communication skills Experience within Tax will also be considered, as the team works alongside the Tax team Benefits of the Private Client Solicitor role: Discretionary bonus Company pension Enhanced family policy 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Quarterly events and social activities Training and development opportunities Apply NOW or contact Danielle Twiss at the Sellick Partnership Manchester Office for more information.
