Synced Talent are currently supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a talented Assistant Operations Manager to join their team at their impressive site in Liverpool.
We are keen to speak to candidates from sectors such as living, accommodation, serviced offices, hospitality, retail, or leisure, where face-to-face customer experience is paramount.
In addition, you need to be warm, friendly, approachable, professional, and have an incredible passion for customer service.
In this role, you would be responsible for building communities within the building and locally, hosting events, and being the first contact for all residents and the onsite team.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
1. Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a small onsite team
2. Customer service & customer journey
3. Events management - managing the ideas and running of events
4. Resident care, engagement, and satisfaction
5. Management of social media channels for the building
6. Sales & Marketing - Site visits, tours, and events
7. Building management - Compliance, H&S, and coordination of maintenance requests
8. Building administration & coordination e.g., tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
9. Drive the highest rates of retention and community engagement
