A Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor operating with a secure pipeline of work, spread between a variety of client types including retail, public sector, and offices seeks to appoint several roles to their growing team including a Senior Mechanical Project Manager. Their project values are varied and range up to £10.5 Million.
Your new role
1. Project Coordination: Manage all mechanical projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee the design, development, and execution of mechanical systems.
2. Team Management: Organise and supervise site and operational staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. Address client concerns promptly and meet their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Resource Management: Measure progress and resources required to meet project expectations. Procurement of plant, materials, and labour.
5. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial forecasts and budgets are accurate and timely. Manage gross and net profit on projects.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Develop risk assessments and safe systems of work.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and provide updates on project status. Provide detailed reports that offer reassurance of project delivery, value, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in Mechanical Project Management within Building Services with a good work ethic.
What you'll get in return
£50,000 to £63,000 + Car Allowance of £5,800, 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
