People Manager at Insight Financial Associates
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Client Support within our Support Department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of financial advisers, ensuring we have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to a team of financial advisors.
2. Manage client appointments, schedules, and paperwork.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
4. Prepare client packs and paperwork prior to/after meetings, including requesting valuations.
5. Obtain specific policy information from product providers and third parties via email, telephone, and online.
6. Collaborate with Centralised Administration to ensure timely receipt of information.
7. Prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software.
8. Understand cashflow analysis and financial planning advice to clients.
9. Complete and audit Portfolio Reviews.
10. Complete and audit New Business Submission.
11. Complete and audit Post Sales Tasks.
12. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
13. Track progress and identify areas where advisers need additional support.
14. Build relationships with product partners.
15. Train others on new products and processes.
16. Initiate workload from client and adviser actions. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
