The Ideal Candidate Essential Registered Nurse or Midwife Experience in working with children and families. Knowledge of national and local policy in Childrens Service and Public Health. Understanding of child and adolescent development. Able to demonstrate a commitment and ability to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people with the skills to build sustainable professional boundaries and appropriate relationships with young people Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in plain language at all levels both within and outside the organisation. Ability to work alone and part of a multi-disciplinary team. Willingness to work across all areas of South Essex to meet the needs of the service.
