A well-established, multi-service law firm in Birmingham is looking for a Team Administrator to support its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with administrative experience to join a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team, including assisting secretaries with daily tasks.
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
* Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and telephone enquiries.
* Maintaining and organising case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Typing and producing legal documents.
* Assisting with general office administration as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
Salary & Location:
* Salary: £23,049 per annum
* Location: Birmingham (Washwood Heath) – Office-based role
