The Role:
* Manage and nurture a small client portfolio.
* Ensure comprehensive completion of assignments before review by Partners.
* Plan assignments to align with budgets and fee recovery, communicating effectively with the team.
* Allocate tasks to team members, conducting regular reviews to uphold compliance standards.
* Engage with clients, providing updates and working closely with the senior audit team.
* Submit timesheets punctually.
* Continuously apply and share up-to-date technical knowledge.
* Report to and support Managers and Partners.
* Delegate, coach, and assist in team management.
* Keep in regular contact with clients, offering progress updates.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Organised and timely, with strong client engagement skills.
* Proficient in IT, including Excel, CCH Accounts Production, CCH Audit Automation, Outlook, and CCH Practice Management.
* Committed to ongoing professional development in line with Institute and company standards.
* Upholds high professional conduct and applies knowledge of the industry to identify additional client services.
* Proactively assists in meeting financial targets and informs stakeholders of progress and challenges.
