QESH Manager
This is a combined strategic and operational role working across quality, environmental, health and safety functions.
Strategically, the postholder will proactively identify measures that will enhance the QESH credentials of the site and work closely with the Plant Manager, Engineering Manager and Finance Controller to evaluate those measures then monitor the impact of any that are implemented.
Operationally, the postholder will have operational responsibility for implementing approved measures to enhance the site's QESH credentials, as well as ensuring site compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety legislation and industry standards.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.

Develop and execute on Hoshin plans.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Work with cross:functional teams to ensure products and services meet or exceed quality standards.

Develop theyearly tactical plan for the site specific A3 Quality plan in alignment with the Corp QA fiscal year strategies.
Environmental:

Compliance and Reporting:
