As a Sales Developer you will be responsible for a given territory and must perform the selling across the range of Capgemini's portfolio. You are in charge of finding opportunities, creating and naturing the condition to succeed once you've Identified an opportunity.
Leading the sales strategy and customer network and managing contracts from negotiation to signed. We have great autonomy within our roles but utilise the full power and capability of the sales team as a group. Managing your strategic approach to actively hitting target and being comfortable driving this is key.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Role overview:
1. 8+ years of Sales Experience and out of this 5+ years of experience in the UK market.
2. Candidate must have worked with Consumer Product and Retail clients.
3. Good understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing process in Consumer Product and Retail (CPR) Industry
4. Successfully sold large deals for solutions/ services in CPR industry
5. Existing relationship in the UK CPR market will be advantageous.
6. Good communication and presentation skills.
7. Able to work in complex matrix organization – collaborative approach.
8. Ability to work with partner companies.
9. Ready to travel to meet customers.
10. Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.
