Job summary PREVIOUS EMIS/GP SURGERY EXPERIENCE IS MANDOTORY We are looking for MATERNITY COVER receptionist/admin to join our well established, friendly team on a 1 year contract. If the candidate's performance is excellent during the cover period, they may have the opportunity to apply for a permeant position in the practice after a year. Working Pattern : 25-30 hours per week, on a rota shift system covering the hours between 08:00am and 18:30pm, Monday-Friday. It will be a mix of both AM and PM shifts Main duties of the job Duties will involve assisting patients both face-to-face and over the telephone; booking appointments, sending letters, processing prescriptions, scanning, data entry, processing post, liaising with local pharmacies, GP Practices and other Health Care Services.
